The Arkansas Department of Health will be on-campus Thursday, October 8, 2020 to administer Flu Shots. Flu shot forms were sent home with elementary students last Friday (9/18/20). Forms must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian, and returned to the Elementary Office by October 5th. We are trying to get a good estimate to the Health Department ahead of time so that they will know how many vaccines to bring. Faculty and staff may receive a flu vaccine with a completed form, please turn those in as soon as possible as well.
High Students are getting flu shot forms today, or parents can pick up flu shot forms in the HS Office.

Please meet the Guy-Perkins Food Service "Fab Four!" Thanks to OPAA Food Service for providing tasty and nutritious meals each day for our staff and students. In Guy-Perkins, students eat FREE!
