For our high school parents and guardians, we now have a list of students who are getting very close to exceeding the number of absences per semester that are not related to Covid. Our handbook states absences are counted during each class period. So, a student could be fine in several classes, but be in violation in others. We are preparing to send out attendance letters and calls to parents/guardians of students who are very close to being in violation. We can not stress the importance of school attendance this year. Students are on campus 178 days and we need everyone here. High school students (9-12) who exceed the number of absences could lose credit for that class. If you have questions about your child's absences, please contact the school office.

October is National Principals Month! Please take a minute to show your appreciation for our amazing Elementary Principal, Tammy Murry, and our awesome High School Principal, Tim Barnes. Day, or night, they are "on the job" for our students and staff! #ThankAPrincipal
