The game will be played in the Morrilton High School arena. ALL tickets for AAA state basketball games will be sold ONLINE ONLY! No paper tickets will be sold at the gate. Spectators must present a digital ticket at the gate. Printed tickets will NOT be accepted. AAA Passes will be accepted until the gym capacity has been reached. AAA Passes do NOT guarantee access. This is a link to the permission slip form for students in grades 7-12 that would like to ride the Pep Bus to the Guy-Perkins vs. County Line basketball game in Morrilton on Monday, March 7. STUDENTS MUST BE IN GOOD BEHAVIOR STANDING. ALL GOOGLE FORMS FOR THE PEP BUS MUST BE FILLED OUT PRIOR TO 10:00 A.M. ON MONDAY.
The bus will leave at 1:00 p.m. from the High School Gym. The entire school district will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m. Game time is 2:30 p.m. The bus will return between 4:30-5:00 p.m.
Only the first 65 students registered by this Google Form will be allowed to ride the Pep Bus. Space is limited. All students riding the Pep Bus will have their tickets purchased for them. Students will need money for the concessions.

Congratulations to the Guy-Perkins Jr. Quiz Bowl Team for placing 2nd at the 1A Jr. Central Region Tournament held on Saturday. Guy-Perkins finished 6-1 creating a three-way tie with Sacred Heart and Nemo Vista. Due to the tie-breaker, Guy-Perkins finished in 2nd place. Freshman Noah Wright was named the tournament's MVP. Guy-Perkins qualifies to compete in the 1A State Quiz Bowl Tournament on Saturday, March 5 at UACCM in Morrilton. Good luck to Dr. Fisher and his team!
Due to the Winter Weather Warning covering our area and the anticipated icing to occur today through mid-day on Thursday, the Guy-Perkins School District will be closed today (Wednesday) and students will follow AMI Day #3 assignments. The 1A Region 3 Basketball games scheduled for tonight will be postponed. A new scheduled will be published later today.
In recognition of Presidents' Day, the Guy-Perkins School District will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022. Classes will resume and offices will re-open on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

A reminder that parent-teacher conferences will be held Thursday, February 17th from 4-7:00 p.m. If you would like to set up a specific time to meet with a teacher, please call or email the teacher before the conference. If you have questions before Thursday, please contact the high school office or the teacher. We look forward to seeing you.
COVID-19 Update: Face masks are optional starting Monday, February 14, 2022 until further notice. If students are COVID-positive, they are to stay home for 5 days. Probable Close Contact students may attend school while monitoring for symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they are to isolate and it is recommended to get tested. If any student has a fever, they must be fever free for 48 hours before returning to school. Report all COVID-positive students to Nurse Sarah Toller at sarah.toller@gptbirds.org.
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT. The Senior Night recognition will be held in between the Senior Boys and Girls game, Friday, February 11th. We are asking all parents/guardians to be at the gym no later than 6:00 p.m. It is very important to be on time because we can't wait on people because of the second game. We will have the day ceremony for Homecoming, and the crowning that night. We will have the Senior boys play first, then the Senior girls. The Senior Night recognition will follow immediately after the girl's game. Additional information will be given to students and parents throughout the week.
