At around 7:20 AM this morning, one of our school buses was involved in a minor accident on Highway 65 near East Republican Road. Thankfully, no injuries were reported among the driver or students. We want to remind parents and community members to always stop for school buses displaying red flashing lights.
The Junior Thunderbird basketball teams will participate in the Quitman Invitational Tournament on Saturday, November 16, 2024 beginning at 6:00 PM with girls, followed at 7:00 PM by the boys. Come support both teams as they play Quitman in the first round. Good luck, T-birds!
REMINDER - Fall picture retakes will be Friday, November 15, 2024. These are the photos that go in the yearbook. Any student that was absent, or needs to have a picture retaken, may do so on Friday morning.

Pre-K will be closed the whole week of Thanksgiving along with the school. The Early Childhood Center will close Wednesday at 4 p.m. and be closed all day Thanksgiving and the day after!

Thanks to our incredible staff and students for making today’s Veterans Day celebration unforgettable! From the meal to the music, poetry, and Mr. Cummings' speech, it was a meaningful tribute to honor our area Veterans. We are grateful to all who joined us for the ceremony!

School picture order forms are due tomorrow, Wednesday, November 6th. A $10 late fee will be due with your purchase if turned in after tomorrow.
Just a reminder that the Guy-Perkins School District will host a "Veterans' Day Luncheon and Ceremony" on Friday, November 8, 2024 beginning at 11:45 AM in the Cafeteria. All food will be provided. The annual Ceremony will follow at 1:00 PM. All who have served our country are welcome to attend.
