3rd/4th grade Literacy Teacher, Tara Yandell, has been selected by the Arch Ford Educational Service Cooperative to participate in the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) Cohort for Lead Teacher Designation. Earning the NIET’s Lead Teacher Designation will prepare Mrs. Yandell to lead and support her colleagues in the classroom by building her instructional expertise and classroom coaching skills. Mrs. Yandell will also be developing her skills, knowledge, and disposition to help improve teacher collaboration and growth at Guy-Perkins Elementary School.
