Lloyd Smith, a recently retired Conway Police Department officer, has been hired for the 2023-24 school year to drive the newly named "Razorback" bus route. This route was created to honor the memory of a former driver, Robbie Murry, who recently passed away.
Lloyd is married to Dr. Patricia Smith, Dean of the Honors College at UCA. They have twin daughters, Katelyn and Haley, who attend Guy-Perkins High School. While at home, he enjoys spending time in the garden and raising chickens.
Lloyd chose Guy-Perkins because of its smaller size and friendly staff and students. His goal this year is to provide safe and reliable transportation for students riding the Razorback bus. Please welcome Lloyd Smith to the Thunderbird family!
