Today, Guy-Perkins School District joins other school districts across the country to celebrate "School Resource Officer Appreciation Day." School Resource Officers (SRO) are carefully selected, specifically trained, sworn law enforcement officers assigned by an employing law enforcement agency to work with schools using community-oriented policing concepts.
Guy-Perkins staff and students are fortunate to have three (3) local law enforcement officers providing protection during the school day and during extra-curricular activities after school hours and appreciate their dedication and service. These officers include:
